Monobuoy supply many different type of components
for both Buoys and Floating Storage units.

Some components we manufacture ourselves as a result of a gap in the
market, or as upgrades and improvements to existing systems. Other
components we buy-in, such as spare parts for existing systems.
We are able to supply all spare parts for most of the CALM and SALM buoys
currently in service.

Product Swivels

We design and manufacture inhouse low and high pressure (up to 300 bar)
product swivels suitable for CALM buoys and FSOs

GRP Bearing Covers

We design and manufacture inhouse GRP bearing covers for SBM 12m buoys.

Automatic Greasing Systems

We design and manufacture automatic greasing systems for buoys and
FPSOs.

Spare Parts

We have had many years of experience working with many different makes
of buoys and turrets, and have built up an in-depth knowledge of these
systems and their components.

We work closely with suppliers of standard equipment and can supply any
spare parts at highly competitive prices:

- MPDU/Central Pipe seals,
- Main Roller Bearings and Bogey Wheel Assemblies.
- Floating and submarine hoses
- Chains and anchors
- Chain hawse and stopper assemblies

We can even supply a complete kit of spare parts to overhaul a CALM buoy.
