SBM Inc. - Monaco
- Design, supply and install three SPM main bearing and swivel automatic greasing systems, two for CPC, Taiwan and one for Chevron, offshore Angola. The first unit was installed on a new build buoy during construction, the second ashore during overhaul and the third offshore.
- Design and supply as standard equipment, main bearing GRP water protection assemblies on all new-build buoys. Ten units supplied to date. The first unit installed by our own engineers.
- Carry out study of CPC, Sha-Lung terminal and propose recommendations for upgrading operating procedures and equipment to operate safely, and cost effectively in heavy weather.
Reliance Petroleum Ltd. - India
- Develop and supply procedures and manuals for marine operations at Jamnagar. TMCO placed on site Port Captains, Pilots, Marine Pollution Experts, Marine Engineers and Diving Superintendents to quantify requirements, write procedures and manuals, train jetty staff and port operatives and carry out Pilot accreditation. Deliverables were the port information book, port documentation book, onshore and offshore operations, maintenance, tug and workboat maintenance, safety, training, oil spill response, significant incident and diving manuals. Performance indicators have been established and a benchmarking program established.
- Act as consultants in the development of a specification for the design and equipment list for an air dive support/maintenance vessel for the port of Jamnagar.
- Carry out audit of marine facilities at Hazira and produce recommendations for the safe and efficient operation of the port. Develop and produce the oil and chemical spillage response plan.
Environmental Resources Management - UK
- Research and produce a report on location, operating practices and design features of multiple SPM terminals in environmentally sensitive areas. This report was for BORL, part of the Marine Environment Study for the SPM/Subsea pipeline at Vadinar.
